Tree Surveys & Arboriculture
We have over 50 years experience delivering cost-effective BS5837:2012 tree surveys and arboricultural consultancy in Sheffield and across the UK. Our approach is biased towards realistic and cost-effective tree protection and conservation, only prescribing tree surgery as a last resort. The Principal is a published arboriculturalist with over 35 years experience of advising on trees within historic landscapes.
Weddles have been heavily involved with sensitive historic restoration projects, usually requiring arboricultural appraisal and management. These projects are often associated with proposed work to Listed Buildings and in Conservation Areas. Local to our Sheffield office we have carried out tree surveys and advised on conservation at Stoke Hall in the Peak Park, Dore Parish Church, Broomhall in Sheffield and Moorhall in Ranmoor.
We undertake a full tree surveys to BS5837:2012 for planning, and provide a further range of arboricultural services and surveys, as detailed below.
