BREEAM Excellent

Weddles had been working extensively over the past few years in BREEAM assessments, assisting many schemes to achieve EXCELLENT standard. This rating puts the developments in the Top 10% of UK new non-domestic buildings. We can consult on all environmental sections of BREEAM, but are expert in maximising the 10 potential credits available from section 11 – Land Use and Ecology.  The new 2014 version will bring some technical and structural changes to BREEAM UK New Construction assessment, which will will adopt from its release.
