Pizhou – The Worlds Longest Tree Avenue

As part of our green space masterplan for the expansion of Pizhou City, Weddles have identified a high value landscape asset which will be carefully protected. Pizhou’s 47Km long avenue of Dawn Redwood make it a world record. Dawn Redwood was discovered in China in 1944, and became the most famous ‘fossil tree’ of the last century.
