Wood End Farm Appeal

We’re pleased to announce that the Appeal has been allowed by the Planning Inspector for the development of this site. We worked with JVN Architecture to develop a residential scheme which was sensitive both visually and ecologically to its context. Our work included a Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment, Tree and Ecology Surveys and Landscape Masterplanning.

Despite the scheme including a significant wildlife corridor along the A57, it was refused at Planning Committee. Bassetlaw District Council felt that the scheme would result in coalesence between Shireoaks and Worksop. The refusal was appealed and working with DLP Planning Consultants the Appeal has now been allowed. The whole process has taken 12 months.
