Planning Approval for New Dwelling in Whiston Conservation Area

We helped secure planning approval for a new dwelling in Whiston Conservation Area, Rotherham.  We supported Chris Carr Architects on the projects arboricultural and landscape design challenges. The site was a previously undeveloped parcel of land which contained a number of TPO trees, some of which will be removed as part of the development. We also provided a comprehensive landscape design which compensated for tree removal and provides attractive grounds to help assimilate the new building into the wider Whiston Conservation Area.
