The Coach House, Belgrave Road

We are pleased to see that The Coach House, Belgrave Road has been completed and is now up for sale! To support the planning application we were asked to undertake a full Tree Survey to BS5837:2012 Trees in relation to Planning, Demolition and Construction – Recommendations. As the site is located within the Ranmoor Conservation Area the trees are afforded additional protection. So as not to impact on the Conservation Area we worked with JVN Architects and advised the ideal locations to form new accesses onto Belgrave Road while retaining the higher quality trees and the amenity that they provide.

We also prepared a Tree Protection Plan, Arboricultural Impact Assessment and Method Statement, Landscape Masterplan and Planting Plans to discharge the relevant planning conditions.

Dore Road House Complete

We’re pleased to see our that our Dore Road landscape scheme has been very well implemented on site and the house and garden are looking fantastic. We were asked by PTA Developments to assist their project through planning. There were a number of Planning Conditions relating to landscape and we produced a landscape scheme and planting plans to discharge these.

Another Appeal Allowed!

We’ve received another positive Appeal decision, this time for the construction of new agricultural barns in the Loxley Valley.

Sheffield City Council refused the application as they considered the development to negatively impact on the character and landscape setting as well as the setting of a nearby listed building.
